Up-to-date information on restaurants and candid reviews. Also the ability of the user to add new restaurants to the site.
Which restaurant do you go to for your favourite cuisine?
Japanese. For high end, Nadaman because they use the best ingredients and have excellent presentation. For causal dinning, Oedo, which is a spinoff of Nishimura. They are more tuned to the local style and create interesting local flavour dishes.
Which dish do you always order at your favourite restaurant?
Chef's choice Sashimi
Which restaurant do you recommend to friends most and why?
Spuntini because they have the most moist grill chicken and an interesting Angler Fish liver pasta.
If tonight's dinner was your last on Earth, what would you eat?
Hairy crab shark fin soup from Tien Heung Lau in Tsim Sha Tsui.
