Since the first WOM Guide was published almost four years ago.

The "WOM Choice" section, can't disagree with any of the recommendations!

What is your favourite cuisine?

Japanese, I have always been a huge fan of all types of Japanese cuisine.

Which restaurant would you recommend for a romantic occasion or business meeting?

My recommendation for a romantic occasion would be Watermark, the view is stunning...where else in Hong Kong would you have a 270 degrees view of Victoria Harbour.

As for business meetings, you can't go wrong with the service and quality of food they have at Yung Kee, especially if you go up to their 4th floor.

If tonight's dinner was your last on Earth and you could eat at any restaurant in the world where would you eat?

Oh, that is a tough one...I would probably say Tetsuya's (Sydney). You will be mesmerised by his degustation menu, and it is perfect for the last meal on Earth!
