What do you like most about the WOM guide website?

The attractive and friendly interface coupled with reliable restaurant reviews and details.

Which restaurant in Hong Kong is your favourite?

I like Kasbah because it offers an authentic and equally exotic dining experience that takes me thousands of miles to North Africa. The recipes and atmosphere are at par with what you find in traditional Moroccan homes.

Which dish do you always order at Kasbah?

Pastilla (spiced pastry filled with pigeon) along with Harrirah (traditional Moroccan soup).

Which restaurant would you recommend for a romantic occasion?

It depends! Felix for the jet-setter, Nicholini's for the wise and mature, and the Pearl on the Peak for visitors.

Where did you have dinner last night and what did you eat?

I had dinner onboard Cathay Pacific traveling business class. I had Cajun spiced prawns with green mango salad, followed by Roasted lamb rack with ratatouille, mashed parsnip with garlic and thyme, and French beans. For dessert Fresh fruit tart with raspberry sauce and a fresh cup of espresso!
