Champagne Brunch @ Lantau
SkyCity Marriott has introduced a Weekend Champagne Brunch at its SkyCity Bistro that features views of the South China Sea. The brunch features free flow Mumm Cordon Rouge N.V. Champagne between 12noon and 3:00pm every weekend from now till end of the year, alongside with a full brunch buffet where you can have unlimited trips to the food counter for oysters, assorted cold cuts and salads, oysters and seafood shooters, selection of sushi, Japanese rolls and Temaki (hand roll), sashimi (salmon, snapper and octopus) and entrees including Whole Glazed Virginia Ham with Madeira Sauce, Stir-fried Penne Pasta with Sun-dried Tomato and Smoked Salmon, Mini Beef Medallion in Port Wine Sauce, Roasted Lamb Rump with Spring Vegetables, Rosemary and Olive Jus, Pizza, Spinach and Parma Quiche together with made-to-order eggs and congee at the live cooking stations.

The brunch is priced at $300pp or $258 without champagne.
Hutong's New Dishes
Hutong has recently been given a makeover with new décor celebrating the sights and sounds of old China and a new seasonal seafood menu. Taking inspiration from the award-winning film Raise the Red Lantern hand-crafted red lanterns sourced from Beijing now adorn the restaurant.
New seasonal seafood dishes include Chilli-Spiced Fresh Abalone, in "Ma La" Chilli Sauce and Dried Shrimp & Whitebait Salad. Main course seafood specialties are currently Lobster Medallion with Spicy Tofu Sauce and Spotted Grouper Fillet in Chilli Broth. Also among seasonal options are Stir-fried Prawns with Chilli Green Peppers and Crispy Eel with Red Chilli. On the dumpling menu is Minced Pork & Winter Melon dumplings stuffed filled with dried shrimps.
New Chef @ Cucina
Italian native, Antonio Totaro, is the new chef de cuisine at Cucina. In his new challenge at Cucina, chef Antonio will bring to Cucina authentic Italian cuisine. Totaro previously worked at two-star Ristorante Don Alfonso 1890 as chef de partie and Don Alfonso in Macau.
He has introduced a new a la carte menu that includes Homemade pappardelle pasta with duck ragout; Lobster linguine, cherry tomato, basil; Italian red prawn risotto, orange, fresh mint; Italian rock fish stewed in fresh tomato water, vegetable concasse, bruschetta bread, basil; and Lamb chops, mixed herbs, zucchini, potato, rosemary. Fresh fish, meat and produce are imported directly from Italy.
Blue Hour
Blue Hour originates from the French expression "l'heure bleue", which refers to "Twilight" or any time of day that elicits heightened emotion. At Santa Lucia Sky Bar, Blue Hour means "Time to Chill Out".

Kick back and indulge in the signature drinks, Lycheetini and Lucia Perfume. Classics, such as Cosmopolitan and Mojito, along with our new creations, Lychee Delight, Ginger Lucia and Berries Paradise are all available. Blue Hour takes place daily, from 6pm to 10pm, where guests can enjoy Buy 1 Get 1 Free on selected wines, beers, spirits and the ‘monthly cocktail/mocktail'. All guests will receive the complimentary snack of the day.
RED Gets Fresh
RED Bar + Restaurant has a selection of new dishes just in time for the changing season. New to the menu are Parma Ham with Baby Artichoke Hearts, Oven Dried Tomatoes & Grilled Country Bread and Roasted Beetroots with Goat Cheese & Organic Herb Salad.

More substantial main courses include Braised Veal Cheek with Wild Mushroom & Spinach Risotto; Seared Organic Salmon Fillet with Fingerling Potato Puree, Asparagus & Shellfish Broth; and Garlic-crusted Rack of Lamb with Mashed Potato, Baby Carrot & Mint Lamb Jus.
