By some miraculous turn of events, my computer has come back to life and here I am again penning my adventures in the culinary zone. I went old, old school, my friends, the oldest kids on the block. These were some of the places I first came to in Hong Kong. The renamed ‘Ganga,’ which used to be called ‘Gunga Din’ to curry favour from Colonial-era expats and locals, changed name but not cuisine or reputation for some of the best Indian, specifically from the South.
