Pierre Herme Paris is taking its chocolate and macaron creations to The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, opening a new retail outlet at the hotel’s lobby, as well as introducing two sets of the special Valentine’s Day afternoon tea sets, available from February 13 to 15 at Café 103 and The Lounge & Bar. Each featuring savory and sweet treats by the Ritz Carlton kitchen team as well as some of Pierre Herme’s favored macarons.


Owner of Mavericks, chef Austin Fry is bringing the hip crowd back to the busiest corner of Lan Kwai Fong. Boomshack is inpired by the vibrant food scene of the United States and its blend of cultures and flavours. Look for bestsellers such as the “Holy Kimchi” Burger, Beet Fries and Ice Cream Tacos.


After bringing hits like Motorino Hong Kong, Ho Lee Fook and Carbone to the dining scene in Hong Kong, “Black Sheep Restaurants” is hitting 2015 headlines with ‘Burger Circus’. The retro diner style burger restaurant seats up to 25, with a fine selection of burgers, snacks like Buffalo Wings and Jalapeno Poppers, as well as a good selection of made to order shakes and house-made sodas. Save room for desserts as well.


Jointly presented by DiningCity and China Construction Bank (Asia) [“CCB (Asia)”], the bi-annual Hong Kong Restaurant Week returns this February with more variety of cuisines and restaurants.
