Hot new burger joint hitting Hong Kong this September

Still on that lifelong quest on finding the best burger ever?  Innovative burger joint Three Buns is hitting Hong Kong exclusively for a one month only pop-up. With a cult following in Jakarta and Singapore, burger enthusiasts in Hong Kong have a new one to cross off their burger bucket list. 

So what makes these burgers so amazing? We’re curious as well but only Three Buns’ Chef Adam Penney knows the secrets. Here’s a little sneak peak to some of the burgers to try this September.  ​
If you’re on a lifelong quest for the best ‘classic burger’ (as we are in womguide ) try their Baby Huey, their classic cheeseburger that comes with Hereford Angus beef patty, slow-cooked homemade ketchup, smoked paprika and mustard mayo. If you like your classics a little smokier, try the Smokin’ B-Boy with Hereford Angus beef patty, smoked applewood cheddar, Dingley Dell beer & treakle streaky bacon and BBQ ketchup. If you’re one for pork sandwiches, the Porkerface comes with a Dingley Dell pork patty with XO mayo, cucumbers, scallions, chilli and pickled daikon on a toasted demi brioche bun.

Three Buns starts on the 20th of September and lasts for a month, so mark your calendars and don't lose your chance to drop by (you'll definitely see us lurking around there for sure).
