For three days only, The Ritz Carlton joins forces with Caviar House & Prunier to bring together Chef Zaiyu Hasegawa from Den, Japan and Chef Julien Royer from Odette, Singapore for an unprecedented dining experience.

The ten-course degustation menu alternates between Chef Zaiyu’s modern kaiseki and Chef Royer’s modern French cuisine, showcasing each chef’s signature dishes. Dinner starts with a spoonful of Prunier caviar in one hand and a glass of Dom Perignon champagne in another and ends on a sweet, tropical note with a Miyazaki mango tart with banana, passionfruit and kaffir lime.
