The Collective's Table features Garima Arora

The Collective’s Table, an initiative that raises awareness of sustainable cooking practices in the industry by challenging chefs to consider more plant-based menus, is on its ninth round with a collaboration between Grassroots Pantry’s chef Peggy Chan and chef Garima Arora of Restaurant Gaa in Bangkok.

Hailed as one of Bangkok’s best new restaurants in 2017, Gaa presents Thai cuisine inspired by Mumbai heritage and training under Noma and Gaggan.

The one-night, plant-based dinner on 27 April is themed as a ‘7-chakra dinner’, featuring ingredients symbolize each chakra as well as help the healing process of each respective chakra.

Proceeds from the dinner will go to support the SATI Organization.
