A Butcher's Journey

Umberto Bombana's Italian-style trattoria CIAK - In The Kitchen is welcoming Tuscan master butcher Dario Cecchini to Hong Kong. For two days, Cecchini will be preparing his signature dishes, including chianti steak tartare, alongside new dishes such as roast lamb with pecorino cheese.

The master butcher will bring with him five fine Tuscan wines specially chosen to complement the dishes. Cecchini's family has been in the butchery trade for eight generations and he has been in the trade for 40 years - so we can count on his expertise. Cecchini's menu will be available on 8 and 9 June.
