Newly opened Commissary is a collaboration between prolific restaurateur Yenn Wong and chefs Morgan McGlone and Adam Shoebridge. Boasting warm Californian hospitality and fresh, vibrant flavours, this all-day dining experience serves dishes influenced by food the chefs ate in the US, channelling both Californian and Mexican cuisine. Dishes include tuna poke tostada, smoked lamb ribs with Commissary barbecue sauce and Baja fish tacos.
