A WOM member for three years, Natalie Watt is our Member's Choice interviewee for April.  She tells us about her favourite place for romance and where she goes to enjoy her favorite dish, Pig's Oesophagus! 

What do you like most about WOM's website?

I like to read the editor's choice, they live and breathe food so it's always interesting to hear their recommendations on what's hot and what's not. 

Which dish do you always order at your favourite restaurant?

Yi Jiang Nan has been a favorite of mine for a while now; I love the bean curd with preserved vegetable salad, the black chicken, and a real tasty treat, Pig's Oesophagus...yum! 

Which restaurant would you recommend for a romantic occasion?

For romance I love the outdoor Euro experience of Gaia, the food is great and on a balmy evening it's just perfect!

If tonight's dinner was your last on Earth, what would you eat?
Schnitzel Parmigiana, it's so hard to find a good one in Hong Kong. Do any WOM members know where I can find the best Parmi in Honkers?
