What do you like most about the website or WOM guide?

Both have such an abundant selection of restaurants to choose from, it is very convenient to have so much choice and information in one source.

Which restaurant in Hong Kong is your favourite?

EXP, at Kowloon Tong. Not only is the food good, but it's a great location to watch people ice skating.

Which dish do you always order at EXP?

I can't resist the grilled beef cubes.

Which restaurant would you recommend for a romantic occasion?

Aqua, with its combination of food, ambience and that fantastic view.

Where did you have dinner last night and what did you eat?

I had dinner at home.  It was a comforting meal of fish, veggies, steamed egg and rice.
