Weekly competition winner, Linda Denesiuk, is our Member's Choice interviewee for this month. When she is not volunteering at Hong Kong Dog Rescue she loves to eat her favourite cuisine, Italian.

What do you like most about the website or WOM guide?

Both are easy to use, with great information. Also, it isn't pretentious.

What is your favourite cuisine? 

Italian

Which dish do you always order at your favourite restaurant? 

Margarita pizza. In my mind, it is a true test of a restaurant -- so simple in ingredients, but so difficult to make really well. A good one is a transcendental experience.

Where was the last place you ate out for dinner and would you recommend it to others? 

Spiaggia, and I definitely recommend it. Chef Rolf always has a little something special in the kitchen...and it is so worth asking. This is when the restaurant really shines.

If tonight's dinner was your last on Earth and you could eat at any restaurant in the world, where would you eat? 

This may seem like I'm avoiding the question, but honestly, I'd eat at my mom's house. She is a divine cook and wonderful company. If it had to be my last night, I'd want it to be as wonderful as possible.
