Lawrence Chan

Runner-up of the Introducing Foodography Photo Competition, Lawrence Chan is our Member's Choice interviewee for March. He tells us about his love for Japanese food and his search for perfect seafood.

What do you like most about the website or WOM guide?

Both are easy to use with a wide variety of restaurants and reviews.

Which dish do you always order at your favourite restaurant?

BBQ pork.

What is your favourite cuisine?

I like Japanese cuisine most.

Where was the last place you ate out for dinner and would you recommend it to others?

Just an old cafe in Mongkok, cheap and nothing special, so wouldn't recommend it to others.

If tonight's dinner was your last on Earth and you could eat at any restaurant in the world where would you eat?

The quality of food and the sensation of eating cannot be measured by the amount of expenditure. So I would just like some good quality raw seafood. But I'm yet to find out where.
