What do you like most about the website and how often do you consult WOMguide when selecting places to eat?
Look and feel. Ease of use. 99% of the time when I need a place to eat.
If you could only eat one cuisine for the rest of your life, which cuisine would you pick?
Wow... Very difficult to say. If I must choose, Chinese (because there is Shanghainese, Cantonese, Sichuanese, etc .) exploiting the grey area of your question.
Which restaurant in Hong Kong is your favourite for enjoying "Chinese" cuisine?
My favourite restaurant at the moment is Casa Lisboa Shanghai Fraternity Club, because they have my favourite weird tasting chicken!
If you had a foodie friend visit you in Hong Kong for the first time where would you take them to eat?
Jun Jun in New Territories or Tung Bo in North Point Wet Market. Po Doi O (I am sure I misspelled) for seafood, and Fire Well Hot Pot for hotpot - must order bull testicles and Hite beer!
What is your favourite comfort food and where do you go for it?
If in Hong Kong - Deep Fried Apple Pie with large fries at any McDonald's. If in Toronto Deep Fried (can't be baked version) Foot Long Panzerotto at Panzerotto Pizza (it's a must have for me when I visit Toronto).
Tell me about your last memorable meal and what made it so memorable.
Burger's Priest in Toronto - five of us including my wife waiting outside in freezing cold -15 degrees Celsius on Valentine's Day. My burger was called The Pope, with fries and a can of Dr Pepper. It was fantastic!
