What is your favourite cuisine?
Australian - it brings in elements from all over the world and has an incredible freshness about it.



Where was the last place you ate out for dinner and would you recommend it to others?

It was in Sydney just recently, but in Hong Kong the last place was Tapeo and yes, I would recommend it. It is fresh, fun and friendly. The open kitchen and counter seating is a new concept to HK and they have really made it work well.


If tonight’s dinner was your last on Earth, what would you eat?
That's a hard one - if I was in HK then I would say One Thirty One with my close friends and immediate family.
