“My Hong Kong Dai Pai Dong” Photography Competition

WOM and Fotomax are co-organising the "My Hong Kong Dai Pai Dong FotoBook Competition" to pay homage to the Hong Kong street food culture.

Hong Kongers are passionate for street food. This competition invites you to tell us your favourite Dai Pai Dong stories through the lens of a camera.

We encourage you to get out there and enjoy Hong Kong's Dai Pai Dongs with your cameras so that you can create long lasting memories of what is one of our culture's lasting dining experiences.

The competition consists of two parts: Digital Photo Competition and FotoBook Competition. Participants are welcome to take part in either one or both parts. The competition starts on 1 September and closes on 15 October. Participants can take photos at any Dai Pai Dong in Hong Kong.

Competition Part 1: Digital Photograph

How to participate

• Participants must register as Wommers to upload their photos

• Upload the photos in "Photo Gallery"

• Each participants can upload a maximum of 10 photos

Terms

• The theme of the photos for the competition must be Hong Kong Dai Pai Dong, and the photos can be taken at any of the Dai Pai Dongs in Hong Kong

• File size: No larger than 4Mb

• Photo size: Must be larger than 1,500px (w) x 1,000px (h)

• Resolution: At least 300dpi

Prize

• The first prize winner will receive a Fujifilm FinePix HS10 digital camera worth HKD3,580.

• The second and third prize winner will each receive a Fujifilm digital camera

Competition Part 2: Make a FotoBook

How to participate

• Participants need to download the fun and easy to use FotoBook software to make a personal FotoBook. Design your Fotobook - make it personal and fun. Bring the printed file MBF or FKP, the preview file (pdf) in any digital media, and the application form for "My Hong Kong Dai Pai Dong", to one of the selected Fotomax stores.

Prize

• The first prize winner will receive a 4-night luxury accommodation package in Niseko, Hokkadio for four people, including return airport transfer and Onsen (hotspring) tour with transfer and towels, worth HKD26,000.

Note: Flight tickets are NOT included.

• The second and third place winners will each receive a Fuji digital camera.

• The top three winners will also receive a professionally printed copy of their FotoBook.
