It begins with a 15-minute flightseeing helicopter tour around Hong Kong Island. To experience Hong Kong from this bird's eye view is truly spectacular, and if you are the adventurous type the pilot will show you his flying skills that will take your breath away.

After the energising flightseeing it is time for the relax part of the programme, which involves an indulgent few hours spent in The Spa. Enjoy The Spa's  Relaxation Area and Thermal Suite for up to 60 minutes, including the harbour-view Sauna, Crystal Steam Room, Experience Shower and Infrared Ice Fountain. This is followed by a 60-minute De-stressor Aromatherapy Massage, a therapeutic and holistic massage using especially blended oils for a relaxing and calming effect. This is followed by a 50-minute, skin-specific Intensive Facial. My therapist truly worked some magic, I felt fantastic, and I left looking several years younger and much more relaxed.

After the treatments, guests are invited to enjoy a light and healthy lunch or afternoon tea by the swimming pool. From the hotel's healthy menu Naturally Peninsula afternoon tea consists of Strawberry Dipped in Organic Chocolate, Honey Roasted Mixed Nuts Tartlet, Tropical Fruit Chips, Filo Apple Turnover with Raisins, Fresh Fruit Skewer and Watermelon Granite, Cucumber-Mint Sandwich, Diced Egg White and Cress Sandwich,
Lean York Ham and Eggplant Caviar Open Sandwich, and Plain Light Buttermilk Scones with Sugar-free Orange Jam. Plus a choice of teas, including organic. While the food may be light on fat it is large on flavour and a perfect way to end this decadent afternoon.
