Dining Concepts Opens Tango
Tango Argentinian Steak House is now open, with chef Ignacio and manager Victoria, both from Buenos Aires. Tango is the latest opening from Dining Concepts, a restaurant group with a number of beefy restaurants in Hong Kong.
"Tango is a steak house in the Argentine tradition, seductive, rustic, elegant and the place to enjoy prime cuts of Argentine beef with an impressive Argentinian wine list to match," says the group's website. In addition to beef the restaurant will also serve seafood and pasta dishes. The "heart" of the restaurant is the Parilla fireplace where meats are grilled over aromatic wood.
