Late Night Sushi & Bubbles

Whether you are working late in the office or in need of food after a few happy hour drinks, try the new late night sushi and champagne set at Unaki at the Sheraton. Available daily from 9pm to 10:15pm and priced at $298 per set, the sushi platter includes fresh salmon, sweet shrimp, tuna, yellowtail, eel and California rolls, with a glass of Piper Heidsieck champagne.

Until the end of June Langham Place hotel's Japanese restaurant, Tokoro - Robatakyaki & Bar, is offering 50% off all à la carte cuisine on Monday evenings (min 2 persons) for people who make reservations via Facebook. Bostonian's Brunch

The Bostonian has reintroduced its renowned Sunday Brunch, which is great value at only $328 per person.

The brunch starts with an appetiser buffet, featuring a selection of traditional brunch items, including: chocolate waffles, French bread, mini scrambled eggs and salmon, alongside more indulgent offerings of shucked oysters, lobster, crab, sushi and a foie gras cooking station. For the main courses guests will have choice of up to six items, including "Roast of the day". To finish choose from two dessert options and a coffee. 

The Bostonian Brunch is served every Sunday from 12 noon until 3pm.

Sea Cucumber Menu

The Royal Garden Chinese Restaurant is featuring a selection of sea cucumber temptations. Sea cucumber is rich in protein and low in fat and cholesterol and is considered to be good for the complexion. It is also said to strengthen one's back and knees, nourish tendons and enhance the immune system.

Special recommendations include Braised sea cucumber with abalone, Sea cucumber stuffed with shrimp paste topped with crab roe, Sautéed sea cucumber with Chinese leeks, Braised sea cucumber and fish maw, and Stir-fried sea cucumber, shredded abalone and bean sprouts.  

New Opening

Hong Kong diners can now experience "authentic Hainan Chicken Rice prepared by master chefs". Opening today (8 June) Hainan Shaoye aims to be the go-to restaurant for Hong Kong's finest Hainan Chicken Rice.To ensure these uncompromising values are met, Hainan Shaoye has enlisted two experienced Singapore chefs, Han Seng Fong and Arron Ye Siong Lai.

Aside from its signature dish, Hainan Shaoye will also serve a variety of Singaporean and Malaysian specialties, including Grilled Sting Ray with Sambal sauce, Lobster Laksa, and Singaporean Turnip Cake.
