Thai Lunch Buffet

The Box (ifc Mall) has introduced a Thai Lunch Buffet. Priced at just $88 per person, Thai chef Pun has created the buffet which offers popular dishes as well as his own creations. As part of the buffet hot station offerings change weekly and feature dishes such as Tom Yam Goong, Giant Prawns in Yellow Curry and Egg Sauce, Thai Noodles, and Light Prawn Soup with Seafood.

Salads options include Spicy Grilled Eggplant Salad with Shrimp and Egg, Grilled Spicy Beef Salad, Spicy Green Mango Salad, Deep fried Fish Cake Salad, and Spicy Fresh Squid with Lemon Grass Salad.

Boca's Brunch

Boca is trying to keep spirits high with its weekend brunch, which includes live flamenco music, and free-flowing Novus Sparkling wine! The brunch menu has also been expanded and includes: Spanish Omelette served with Garlic Mushrooms, Bell Peppers and Manchego Cheese; Eggs in a Basket - two eggs, fried in the hole of buttery brioche bread; Breakfast Sandwich - fried eggs, Serrano ham, manchego cheese and garlic aioli; French Toast; Poached Eggs and Scrambled Eggs served with Bacalao and Chorizo or Salmon and Asparagus.

Cuisine Cuisine's XO Sauce

Cuisine Cuisine has introduced its own premium X.O. Sauce made from dried conpoy, Yunnan ham, dried shrimp, shrimp powder, fried shallot, garlic, perennial chilli and a few secret ingredients. The first 500 shoppers who spend HK$2,500 or more (maximum 2 receipts in the same day) with MasterCard in ifc mall may redeem a bottle of Cuisine Cuisine's premium X.O. sauce. This offer will be valid until 30 April on a first-come-first-serve-basis.

The Pawn's Charity Drive

As part of its first birthday celebration The Pawn is giving back to the community and giving donors free drinks. Donate newish books, toys and clothes during April and you will receive either a free martini or beer. All goods donated will be given to the Salvation Army.

Peking Duck Three Ways

Celestial Court is offering Peking Duck in three ways until the end of April and is priced at $420 per order. First Course: Barbecued Peking Duck served with Pancakes and Plum Sauce; Second Course: Sautéed Diced Duck Meat served with Crispy Lettuce; and Third Course: Duck Congee.

Aspasia's New Menu

Aspasia has introduced a fully made over a la carte menu. Using imported ingredients from Italy new items include John Dory glazed with Seafood Juice and topped with Fresh Tomato, Herbs, Olive Oil, Potato and Rucola; and Wagyu Short Rib, braised in Red Wine with Taqueria Pumpkin Polenta.
