Prix Fixe Menu Extend
La Fourchette has extended its fixed price menu until the end of the year. The excellent deals means that for only $168 you can enjoy any two dishes from the a la carte menu and for three dishes you only pay $218. Available nightly from 6-10.30pm.
Jet Fresh Uni
The Royal Garden's Inagiku Japanese Restaurant now has jet fresh, seasonal sea urchin from Hokkaido and Iwate, Japan. Chef's recommendations include Iwate Fresh Sea Urchin, which is eaten directly from its shell and Hokkaido Salty Sea Urchin - soaked in fresh sea water from Hokkaido. As well as sashimi, Chef Fukata has prepared sushi, washoku and tempura dishes. Items worth a special mention include Grilled Lobster with Sea Urchin, Sea Urchin Tempura with Japanese White Sauce and Grilled Botan Shrimp Sushi with Sea Urchin.
Tri-Cuisine Buffet
The Royal Garden now has a dinner buffet featuring signature dishes and desserts from Italy, France and Japan. More than 50 dishes from these three cuisines are showcased. Signature dishes include assorted sushi and sashimi, seafood shabu shabu, deep-fried pork chops and lemon cheese cake from Japan; from France, shrimp cocktails, bouillabaisse, duck a la orange, soufflé and crème brule and Parma ham with melon, pan-fried sea bass and Tiramisu from Italy.
Customers may enjoy a Buy One Get One Free offer when purchasing any beverage, including red and white house wine. They may also enter a lucky draw to win round trip tickets to Japan and guests celebrating birthdays are offered a complimentary birthday cake.
The Italian, French & Japanese dinner buffet is served every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6:30pm to 9:30pm in the hotel's second floor Garden Rooms. It costs $234 for adults and $168 for children.
Crab Fiesta Menu
The Royal Garden Chinese Restaurant has a new Crab Fiesta menu! By combining different kinds of crabs cooked in different styles, the restaurant's Chinese executive chef has created more than ten dishes. Items worth a special mention include Sautéed Crabmeat with Egg White and Fresh Mango, Stir-fried Crab with Green Pepper and Red Chilli, and Drunken Crab by "Hua Teow" Wine.
Guangzhou Delights
Guangzhou, also known as "Goat City" is famous for an abundance of natural ingredients thereby developing its own unique and distinctive dining culture. Commencing June, Yat Tung Heen, launches a special "Goat City Feast" promotion which offers customers an opportunity to try out the authentic flavours of Guangzhou regional cuisine.
Chef's recommendations include Braised Duck with Fish Maw and Black Mushroom and Spicy Sautéed Eel with Celery and Assorted Peppers in XO Sauce.
In addition to the a la carte menu, Yat Tung Heen also offers the "Goat City Set", for $468 (a minimum for two persons), where customers will be able to taste a total of six "Goat City" delicacies and two desserts.
