Ming Court's Unique 180 Experience

Ming Court recently unveiled Ming Cellar, which currently houses over 350 wines from 16 different countries; the number of labels is expected to increase to over 400 by year end. "Our goal is to offer the world's most extensive wine and Chinese cuisine experience," says Langham Place's wine guy Zach Yu. The cellar is open for all guests to roam through, explore and taste-test.

Customers are also able to opt for Ming Court's 180̊ food matching service. The experience begins with a consultation in Ming Cellar with Zach, who will help you select wine to suit your palate and budget. This is then presented to Ming Court's two Michelin-starred chefs who will build a menu around your wine choices.

WOM's associate editor recently put Zach and Ming Court's Chef Tsang through their 180 paces and highly recommends this unique experience.
