Seafood Specialities
To welcome summer, The Royal Garden's Dong Lai Shun has introduced a selection of seafood specialties using items such as Lobster, Pomfret, Green Crab and Razor Clam. Special recommendations include Cold Green Noodle with Crabmeat, Crab, Prawn, Fish and Bean Curd Combination, Steamed Green Crab with Egg white, Pomfret cooked in Three Ways (Steamed, Smoked, Deep-fried), Smoked Whole Yellow Snapper, Stir-fried fillet of River Lobster with Wild Mushroom, Baked Crab Claw with Porcini and Braised Live Croaker Fish with Bitter Squash and Bean Curd Puff.

Sabatini Chef Moves to H one
Italian chef Luca Signoretti, formally of Sabatini, has joined H one as executive chef. Chef Luca's signature dishes will include Blue Fin Tuna and Dutch Veal Loin Napoleon Style with Capers, Anchovies and Parsley; Home-made Tagliolini with St. George's Mushrooms and 62°c Poached Egg; and Fresh Pounded Fillet of Fassone Beef, Rocket Salad and Venetian Sauce.

Exclusive Killer Cocktails
Premium vodka producer Shanghai White has developed a signature range of oriental cocktails, available exclusively at Langham Place hotel this summer. This is the first time Shanghai White has agreed to develop a range of cocktails exclusively for one place, with the cocktails not available elsewhere until September.

The cocktails use ingredients such as lemongrass, red pepper, Sichuan pepper, osmanthus, thyme, pear nectar and basil. The range of seven cocktails: Lemongrasstini, Pepperfection, Flower Power, Lustful Libation, Jaded Pleasure, Immorally Fresh and Sassy Sorbet are each priced at HK$98. Shanghai Group Launches in HK
According to a government press release, Jardin de Jade, King Mang Jade Garden Group's high-end restaurant brand, has launched its first outlet in Hong Kong. Jardin de Jade first opened in Shanghai in 99 and has since expanded nationwide with branches in Beijing and Macau, as well as being appointed as an official catering purveyor of Expo.
