Italian Thursdays
Each Thursday evening The Lounge at JW Marriott is hosting an Italian antipasti buffet. For $168 per person you get one free standard drink and the opportunity to indulge in unlimited Italian treats from 6.30-9.30pm.
Scallop Fest
Yamm is focusing on scallops. Diners can enjoy them as Sushi, Sashimi, Tempura, Grilled with Yuzu Miso sauce, Hokkaido Yakitori, Fried skewer and Scallop in egg custard. The buffet is priced at $498-550 adults depending on the day/night of the week.
New Spring Menu
Wasabisabi has introduced a new menu for spring. Scallop Tartar with Avocado, Tomato, Cucumber and Flying Fish Roe, and Braised Baby Octopus with Bamboo Shoots and Butterbur are just two of the new dishes. Tatsuya Iwahashi, Wasabisabi executive chef and chef de cuisine (Japan) - Aqua Restaurant Group, created the menu after a recent trip to Tokyo.
The new dishes feature as either highlighted a la carte dishes, or alternatively are incorporated into the popular "Wasabisabi Tasting menu". Each of the new dishes are available at lunch and dinner seven days a week.
Nobu's Sunday Lunch
Beginning Sunday, 26 April, Nobu will introduce a new Sunday Lunch Set which offers both great value and fun for the entire family --- with one course featuring create-your-own hand rolls. Enjoy a four-course lunch inclusive of a selection of appetisers, choice of main, choice of Udon, Chirashi or Hand Rolls, plus dessert for $380 per adult and $190 per child under 12 years old.
