JC Group's New Openings
JC Group has announced the official opening of its three brand-new outlets, Hooray Bar & Restaurant, Teppanyaki Kaiko and Carousel Fine Cake & Pastries, all in World Trade Centre, Causeway Bay.
Embodying the new three-venue concept, the new dining destination measures over 15,000 square foot, overlooking Victoria Harbour. Horray Bar & Restaurant incorporating a massive harbour-side terrace, is the biggest-ever alfresco outlet in Hong Kong. The restaurant serves Italian-Japanese cuisine. fares. Chef Ono Toshiharu, executive chef of the restaurant, was the owner of the Japanese restaurant San San Trois and prior to that, he has been the executive chef of Nadaman Island Shangri-la for eight years and has worked for Nadaman in Japan for four years. Chef Toshiharu's features Miso Baked Eggplant, Jellied Eggplant and Tempura Eggplant;Egg Custard, Crab Meat,Sea Urchin and Herring Caviar;Miso Chicken, Sweet Corn, Shiitake Mushrooms, Chilli and Bonito Flakes;Scallops, Enoki Mushrooms, Flyer Fish Roe and Creamy Spicy Sauce;Wild Mushroom Yam Cake, Pickled Mustard Greens and Ginger Soya Syrup;Miso Baked Chilean Sea Bass, Truffle Butter and Fried Soy Bean Curd; and Grilled US Kurobuta Pork Chop, Ginger Pumpkin and Avocado Corn Salsa.

The staircase of Hooray leads the way to Teppanyaki Kaiko. It is opened following the flagship outlet, Teppanyaki Kaika, at The ONE. JC has transferred two chefs from the TST branch to assure the food quality. HIghlighted dishes include Steamed Egg with Sea Urchin and Foie Gras, Teppanyaki Tofu with Sesame Sauce, Teppanyaki King Prawn with Cod Roe, Japanese Choshu Chicken, Kagoshima Kurobuta Pork Rolled with Asparagus.
Located at the restaurant entrance is Carousel Fine Cake and Pastries. The tempting offerings include Raspberry Macaroon, Chocolate Banana Ball and Honey and Blueberry Mousse Cake.
