Lime @ Soho 38 Opens Friday

Lime Concepts Group has announce the imminent opening of the newest addition to its roster of Thai themed Food & Beverage outlets: Lime Thai Cocktail Lounge & Kitchen, situated at the top of the Mid-levels escalator on the junction of Shelley Street and Mosque Street, at Kerry Properties' residential development, Soho 38.

Passing the Thai mythological characters encased in glass next to the main entrance (hand made by Bangkok based artisan, Thanakorn Amarat), the ground floor incorporates a Hot kitchen for preparation of stir-fried delicacies, and Hong Kong's only Thai show kitchen with seating in front of it (similar to a sushi bar). Preferential allocation for these seats will be given to guests able to eat Chef Kittiya's full strength spice! The menu itself is based on the successful formula of Lime's Kennedy Town sister outlet, with several new traditional dishes, many fusion dishes ("Lime Twists") and dishes frequently requested by Lime's loyal customer base.

The bar area is a new addition to the Lime experience, as is a cocktail list which incorporates drinks mixed with the famous Thai spirits Mekhong and Sangsom, a list of unique Martinis and fresh "Fruitinis", a long list of Thai themed cocktails, plenty of Shooters, and a carefully selected wine list.

Set lunch will be served from Monday to Friday, as well as an Asian brunch selection at the weekend. Lime @ Soho 38 also has a Thai style roof garden which will be open until 10:30pm daily. The restaurant will soft open on Friday, with an official opening in November.
