Saturday Leisure Lunch
The Verandah has just introduced its Saturday Leisure Lunch including a carving station that will feature roast items like lamb legs, glazed ham, roasted duck, chicken galantine and glazed pork belly with matching sauces and condiments. International flavours will be featured each quarter beginning with Indian. In addition to buffet items guests will enjoy a choice of main course, prepared fresh in the kitchen.
The Saturday Leisure Lunch at The Verandah is served from noon to 2:30 pm, and is priced at $388 per adult and $228 per child.
Dine and Win
Le Soleil is celebrating its second anniversary in Hong Kong by rewarding diners. Diners who spend a minimum of $300 during lunch or dinner can participate in a lucky draw: prizes include two round trip economy class tickets from Hong Kong to Taipei and food and beverage coupons at Le Soleil or The Greenery Coffee Shop.

Furthermore, a new chef's recommendation menu is currently available throughout the day and evening. Signature items include watercress salad with squid, fried chopped minced pork and loong bean, served with pork belly, crispy beef brisket with curry sauce and roast duck, flavoured with orange.
The Pho House Opens
Eclipse Restaurant Group has announced the opening of the The Pho House, a Vietnamese restaurant in the heart of Discovery Bay offering a combination of classic dishes such as famous Pho beef noodle soups, delicious French-Vietnamese Banh Mi sandwiches, grilled lemongrass beef skewers, crispy Cha Gio spring rolls with pork and crab. Drinks include fresh lime soda with mint, Saigon beer and Kronenburg 1664 on draught. All menus items are available for take-away or can be enjoyed in the comfort of McSorleys' Ale House next door.
