Gold Opens Friday

Harlan Goldstein will return to the spotlight with his much-anticipated new restaurant Gold by Harlan Goldstein which opens on Friday in LKF Tower in the space previously occupied by FINDS.

Goldstein's new trademark is likely to be the 35oz Big G Fiorentina, based on the signature dish at his previous venture Tuscany by H. Also known as a T-Bone or Porterhouse steak, the serving for two is charcoal-grilled medium-rare, served with rosemary garlic potatoes and white truffle dressing, with crispy rocket and a drizzle of aged balsamic.

Wagyu beef cheek, soft and gelatinous from 12-hours of slow braising, is the base for his ravioli signature, complemented by the richness of foie gras and black truffle sauce. For seafood lovers, his carpaccio of wild Hokkaido sea scallops is dressed in slow-cooked egg with white truffle dressing.

Gold will also be more than a restaurant, transforming into a lounge after dining hours. Given the hype, and Harlan's foodie fans you can expect it to be difficult to get a reservation in the first few months.
