$10 Oysters
Cafe Deco has brought back its $10 oyster promotion. This time oysters from the US are featured and are said to have a firm texture, sweet and slightly salty. Available weekdays only.
Cafe Deco is also offering two US meat dishes for the price of one. Available on Wednesdays only until the end of April.
Atomic Patty Increases Choices
Atomic Patty have added new menu items, including wholesome salads and rich-flavoured nachos. New signatures include the Grilled Mushroom Salad and the Tijuana Special Nachos which are topped with Mexican imported tortilla chips and minced beef chilli, melted Cheddar cheese, Mexican guacamole and Chef's secret ingredients.
Beefeaters will be tempted by the Buffalo Cheese burger as well as the Atomic Breakfast burger which matches 1/3 lb beef patty with Jack cheese and a fried egg. Spicy options include Atomic Chili Chicken, grilled chicken breast with Tex-mex chilli and chilli mayonnaise. Other new choices are Atomic Fish & Chips, Big Boy hot dog, Atomic Aussie burger, and Atomic Chilli & Rice Bowl.
Roka's $38 Happy Hour
Japanese robata grill Roka is now serving a selection of drinks and snacks at $38 each in a new 'happy-hour' on weekdays from 3-8pm. Designed for informal after-work gatherings, '38@ROKA' includes signature mojitos, wines, beers and a range of tasty snacks and skewers, all priced at $38.
New Concept for JW's California
JW's California has introduced a new concept, including a new menu and new look. The concept is "Great Steaks, Chops and Seafood with a decidedly contemporary twist", using as much natural beef (inc the fantastic Meyer beef), sustainable seafood and organic vegetables as possible. The restaurant has also lowered prices (food and wine) to provide value-for-money dining.
New signature dishes are Lime Tempura US Oysters, Heirloom Tomato Salad, Pan-seared Nova Scotia Scallops (with twice cooked pork belly and grapefruit butter), Cedar Plank Norwegian Salmon Chop, Braised Milk-fed Dutch Veal Shank, and USDA Prime Meyer Rib Eye, and Madagascar Chocolate Flan.
Bird's Nest for Lunch
Dong Restaurant at The Mira Hong Kong has begun a promotion of bird's nest dishes for lunch available until April 2009. The executive chef has created a selection of 10 dim sum specialties. The bird's nest Dim Sum selection ranges in price from $38 to $48.

Le Soleil's New Dishes
Vietnamese restaurant, Le Soleil has welcomed the new year with a number of new menu items. Signature items new to the menu are Steamed Rice Flour Rolls with Minced Pork and Dried Shrimps; Pan-Fried Vietnamese Sausage Cakes; Steamed Crab with Young Coconut; Grilled Pork Chops with Lemongrass; and Deep-fried Chicken Wings with Butter.
Also featured is the four-course set menu, which is available at lunch and dinner and has a selection of Le Soleil's signature dishes including combination of five appetisers, three main courses, Hai Noi beef noodle soup or steamed rice with minced pork and basil in casserole. This menu also includes a daily dessert and costs $668 for 2 persons.
Early Bird Sunset Dinner
The Panorama at Renaissance Kowloon Hotel has introduced an Early Bird Sunset Dinner at a reduced price. Guests can enjoy the three-course dinner for $398 per person if orders are placed before 7:30pm.
The menu begins with Panorama King Crab and Tiger Prawn Cocktail, followed by a choice of Grilled Fillet of Dover Sole with Stir-fried Asparagus and Lemon Butter Sauce or Roasted Duck Breast with Morel Mushrooms, Green Beans in Orange Pepper Sauce. Dessert is Apple and Blackberry Crumble with Vanilla Ice-cream and Lemon Custard.
Campanian Cuisine
Inspired by the flavour of his home region Campania, southern Italy, Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong's Angelini chef Vittorio Lucariello presents a four-course dinner menu, which is available throughout February. Priced at $780 per person.
The set dinner features Roasted and Filled Peppers with Anchovies, Capers and Olives on Aubergine Caponata and Breaded Mozzarella; Artisanal Linguine with Veraci Clams and Crispy Potato; a main course of either Mediterranean Red Snapper with Courgette and Tomato Broth or Roasted Stone Oven Baby Lamb with Potato and Rosemary; and ends on a sweet note with Toasted Almond Chocolate Cake with Hazelnut Gelato.
For an additional $398 per person, guests can enjoy three glasses of different wines from the region. To enable guests to explore authentic and diversified Italian cuisine, every month throughout 2009 Angelini will feature one of Italy's 10 most famous regional cuisines from regions such as Sicily (Southern), Umbra (Central) and Piedmont (Northern).
Francesco Sabatini in HK
One of the co-founders of Sabatini Ristorante Italiano (Rome), Francesco Sabatini, will visit Sabatini in Hong Kong from 13 February to 26 February. During his visit, Mr Sabatini will recommend some of his more special dishes from a tasting menu that includes appetisers, pasta courses and main items at just $538.
