La Mer's New Dishes

La Mer Brasserie has introduced a number of new seafood dishes to the menu. The highlights are the Cold Seafood Platter on a pool of ice, or the equally tempting Hot Sizzling Seafood Platter. Both platters showcase a wide range of seasonal seafood sent by airfreight to La Mer from different waters of the world, and include Alaskan king crab, tiger prawns and clams, just to name a few.

A double surprise is in store for guest, as the The Platter comes in a dinner set for two, accompanied by Lobster Bisque, the fresh Salade a la Maision to share, Triple Layer Chocolate Pot and a coffee or tea. The Cold and Hot Sizzling Seafood Platter are priced at $588 per platter and $688 per platter, respectively. Each platter serves 2-3 people. The set for two is available nightly at $888 (2 people inclusive).

In addition to these platters, other recommendations include Mussels Cream with Saffron Soup, Butter Poached Lobster on Mascarpone Risotto with Baby Leeks, and Halibut on Crushed Lobster Potato with Wilted Spinach & Parsley Foam.
