Steik World Meats Opens
A new steak place, Steik World Meats has just opened. According to the press release the restaurant offers only the finest and carefully selected premium cuts of beef, sourced from around the world and dry-aged to perfection. Under the direction of executive chef Brian Moore, all beef is carefully inspected for quality, proper fat-to-beef ratio and colour. A highlight of the menu is the tasting plate which allows 2-3 people to compare cuts from different countries on one platter. The restaurant also serves seafood and chicken dishes. In addition to the main dining area there is also an indoor bar and outdoor garden (open all day), which serves "bar bites".

Classic Afternoon Tea
Café Gray Deluxe is now serving a classic afternoon tea. Chef Gray Kunz is serving a traditional menu of tea or coffee with finger sandwiches, pastries and scones with home-made preserves and jams, organic honey and Devonshire clotted cream. Priced at $185, or $345 for two, the 'CAFÉ GRAY TEA' is served daily from 3.30-5.30pm.
In addition a new a la carte bakery and pastry menu also features specialties including calamansi fruit pate, apple crostada, lemon curd tartlette, pistachio 'opera cake', chocolate-caramel candy bar, caramelised mille-feuille, blackcurrant scone and Café Gray cookies. Tea choices range from the house specialty to classic Darjeeling, Crown blend and Earl Grey, flavoured green tea, herbal Egyptian chamomile or fresh mint, Chinese Oolong or jasmine, and flower blends such as rose. Also on the menu are Valrhona hot chocolate, freshly brewed coffee, fresh juices and special tea selection tailor-made by Chef Gray.
Santa Lucia Brunch
Santa Lucia has launched a deluxe buffet style brunch on the weekends, featuring a la minute cooking stations, premium ingredients, and fresh seafood. The brunch is priced at $398 per person, or $528 including free flow champagne. Throughout January the buffet is discounted by 20 per cent.
