Summer Menu
The Royal Garden's Chinese Restaurant now has a new summer menu.
Special recommendations include braised fish maw with shrimp balls and clam sauce, steamed mandarin fish with olives, sautéed duo of clams with kale and fresh lily bulbs, and stir-fried lobster meat with black bean sauce.
