New Buffet Menu
Grand Cafe's popular dinner buffet will be introducing a new menu featuring an international feast starting 1 June, every evening from 6:30pm to 10:00pm. Monday to Thursday Adults $498/Children $249; Friday to Sunday and Public Holidays Adults $538/Children $269.
Extended Stay
Chef-in-Residence, Francesco Berardinelli, has extended his current stay at W52 Restaurant & Bar until the end of June. Restaurant patrons will be able to enjoy his seasonal specials such as Asparagus with parmesan ice cream, and a la carte items like Marinated fresh tuna, back spaghetti, sauteed spring mushrooms; and Homemade Pici pasta with Sienese tomato sauce.
Ta Pantry Opens for Lunch
Ta Pantry will open for lunch from Monday to Friday starting in June. The private kitchen is offering a shorter version of its dinner menus for lunch with the minimum dining spending of $2,200 (including 10%s.c.). Menus are priced at $330 or $600 per head and advanced booking is required.
The $600 menu features: Black Truffle Balsamic Portobello Tarte sprinkled with shaved foie gras, Silken Pumpkin Soup served with a spoonful of Parmesan cream & salami chip, Mediterranean Giant Red Prawn sided with Capellini pasta tossed in its own jus, and French Toast'd Brioche filled with homemade strawberry jam & banana ice cream, plus tea and coffee. Add an extra $80 per person for a French Cheese Platter served with its accompaniments.
