Signature Drinks
An extensive selection of wines, champagnes as well as bespoke cocktails. Watermark has its own sommelier.
Restaurant Ambiance
The 3-sided water view of the open-plan space can be utilized to full capacity, or partitioned to create an intimate dining experience. A stairway leads to an intimate dining area, which also hosts the wine collection, perched high in the 30-plus feet high space. A translucent sky-light ceiling gives the restaurant luminous, natural daylight.

First time to visit the restaurant, although it has been opened for so long. We were lucky enough to score a table by the window. I must say the view is breathtaking. I ordered the pressed duck and it was really wonderful. The duck breas

Below expectation
Meltingpot | Sep 11 2011
The restaurant is located right on the top floor of the Star Ferry in the Central but is quite hidden because it is at the end of the corridor and is easily missed. If you get a table by the window, the view is spectacular. If it is on

Watermark
Finediner | Aug 14 2011
Nice location, al fresco dining. Food, unfortunately, was mediocre, considering the price. Great view of the harbour but that does not mean the food can be sub par.

Wonderful experience, if you have the time
Jeremy Young | Aug 31 2010
Situated at a unique pier setting, with water around three sides of the restaurant plus the IFC on the fourth. This is a true escape from the busy Central area for a relaxing long lunch, or a perfect place to wind down after a hard day's work. Food is good (btw, the lunch buffet counter is of great value), service is a little bit rusty. If you sit still, you can even feel the vibration coming from nearby ferries as they berth!

Grand entrance
KK Sims | Aug 1 2010
What a grand entrance! My husband and I were seated near the windows and had a beautiful view of the harbour. I opted for the seafood bouillabaisse and the lamb rack, whereas my husband started with the oysters and tenderloin. Lots of seafood in my soup and I really like the lamb rack. My husband found the oysters to be fairly fresh but the tenderloin was on the dry side.
The service is not as good as the atmosphere. We hope the restaurant owners will do something about it.- How much did you spend?

Fine Dining
Casper | Sep 21 2009
Have been there for lunch, dinner and late night chill at the outdoor area. Great ambiance and nice food. Good selection of salad bar during lunch hours. Not keen on the Seafood Platter as it seemed to be just defrosted. Beautiful view day and night. Well designed interior and space. Top floor could be perfect for privite booking. All in all a good pick!

Nice food, nice view
JY | Aug 28 2009
I have been there a couple of times since it opened its doors for business, and I must say that the food has certainly improved, espcially the Seafood Platter and the Dry-Aged Ribeye.
Good value for money, nice ambiance, nice view. -
Fine view, reasonable fare
brody | May 29 2009
The bruschetta starter with Iberico ham was tasty enough, although the meat did much of the work since the bread was rather dry from over-toasting. Still, there was a generous amount of the fine Spanish ham and the dish worked well. The prawn salad was a touch dull but it would be hard to fault any of the individual ingredients. My colleague's plate of scallops looked like the wisest order among our group, and indeed she said they were fresh and delicious. The white chocolate delice for desert was splendid, rich, velvety and more-ish but among the more unhealthy things I have ever eaten I suspect.

Try upstairs for cheaper fare
eatme | May 14 2009
Watermark is fairly good and fairly pricey too. If you are in the market for more casual dining, try upstairs at Pier 7 (not listed separately) for a 6-9 happy hour with free snacks and yummy pizzas
