Dry-aged prime rib-eye. Ideal for events and parties, the menu focuses on fresh seafood and Watermark’s very own dry aged steaks, which can be seen through the special cabinet as you enter into the restaurant. 主打菜式為多款世界入口海鮮及Watermark自製之風乾之安格斯肉眼扒。當顧客踏入Watermark時，可於餐廳一閣見到特製之肉扒櫃。

Restaurant Ambiance

The 3-sided water view of the open-plan space can be utilized to full capacity, or partitioned to create an intimate dining experience. A stairway leads to an intimate dining area, which also hosts the wine collection, perched high in the 30-plus feet high space. A translucent sky-light ceiling gives the restaurant luminous, natural daylight.
