  Great steakhouse

  Comfortable seating, unpretentious service, and one of the best selection of steaks around town. Very good buffet spread for appetiser, which almost filled me up but I made space for the gigantic steak that was executed perfectly. The selection of salt, mustard, and steak knives (!) were also impressive. Wines are a tad expensive, but the selection is good too. Overall, a very good dinner!

  Salad bar has a nice selection and everything seems fresh and high quality. Quite expensive for just some salad. Excellent steaks that are juicy, never dry.
  
  Romantic lighting but the tables are far apart so it is quite spacious. Wine list is good enough so there is no need to BYOB. Corkage is expensive!

  Hands down the best steakhouse in Hong Kong. Couples rave about the nice view and the romantic vibe, but I only come here for the steaks. And the salad bar. And the flavored butter.
  
  When you are stuffing 12 oz or more steak into your system, you need something green to balance things out. Some of my female friends claim that salad is all they need but I beg to differ. The cut of steak I order the most is the New York strip. Perfectly grilled with just the right amount of fat.
  
  The selection of salt is more for show than taste. The mustards, on the other hand, are very interesting, although I stick to English mustard most of the time. The knives are fun and most guys would pick the bigger ones, for obvious reason.

  Juicy steaks from the world over, mouthwatering seafood selection, great salad spread, and delicious desserts! They even let you choose your own steak knife! If you like your wines, there are hundreds to choose from, and plenty served by the glass. What I particularly like is the fact that you get to choose from a dozen different kinds of mustard, and variations of rock salt from the world over.

  Things simply can't get any better...at this price

  We always come for the Sunday brunch. I am almost reluctant to write this review for selfish reasons. Excellent quality salad bar, big juicy steaks, huge cake and pie buffet, and all you can drink wines. Things can't get any better for the price.

  This really is one of the best places for steaks. Love the ability to use a variety of salts, and you do get to choose your weapons. The Sunday brunch with free flowing choice of wines is excellent

  The baby lamb here is very succulent (although served only a couple of days a year). Steak quality does vary but is usually good. The salad bar is one of the best in Hong Kong with very fresh vegetables to choose from. The bread basket is delicious so be careful not too get too full on that! Desserts could be improved but portions are huge. Service is very good here.
