Tasty, but not original Spaghetti Carbonara

So-called original Carbonara is an Italian cuisine which ingredients are eggs, pecorino romano (one kind of salty cheese), guanciale (bacon), and black pepper. Though recipes vary in different countries, yet eggs must be added and heated with the pasta itself. But the dish I consumed in Spaghetti 360 was cooked without egg.
Even it is not local Carbonara, the sauce is still creamy with heavy cheese taste. It is worth to taste with reasonable price.- How much did you spend?
