Rocksalt on Stanley Market Street Promenade is the newest venture by Chiram Strategic Group. Inspired by the beach area, the restaurant serves the freshest and finest seafood from around the world in a clean, modern and contemporary setting. The wine list has a full selection of best quality wine from both the old and new world. The ambiance is very relaxing and calming with a lovely view of the beach and is right beside Stanley Market.

早上來赤柱看點東西，下午也約了朋友有事商談，中間一段不長不短的時間，就留在這裡吃東西吧。
來的時間，店子還沒有客人，就選了個靠窗的位置坐下。這裡樓底高，天然光自外透入，感覺舒適。看著海景，海風自窗外徐徐的吹進，是說不出的悠閒寫意。選了菜，侍應拿來麵包籃，最喜歡薄片的乾果包，因為我比較喜歡有點甜味的麵包的。
前菜三選一，要了個招牌沙律，味道不太好，草草吃了一點，繼續再享受和風美景好了；主菜是烤帶子幼麵，帶子肉質頗韌，幼麵就很好吃，炒得乾身香口。甜品是tiramisu，只像吃一件朱古力味道的餅，一般水準。
餐後要了杯橙雜，而侍應服務很好，值得一讚。

Nice setting next to the sea. A few good tables al fresco allows dogs to sit with us @ our lunch.
Lunch included some fresh oysters, a delicious burger, and a decent pasta.
Great for a relaxing Sunday lunch, with a nice cold beer to wash it down with.

For a Chiram Group restaurant, I was expecting more - better waiters and quality of food ! The waiters need to be more attentive and decisive. The food was lack lustre and had been under a warmer.
