Great Local Dumplings

Sandwiched between a car repair shop, noisy local eateries and other unbecoming Wanchai establishments, bustling Peking Shui Jiao stands out for just one thing - tasty home-made dumplings. Served with or without soup, steaming bite sized morsels of thinly pressed flour burst in your mouth with juicy bits of pork, fresh leeks and/or chewy cuts of shrimp (there are several varieties of dumplings with different combinations of ingredients, but these are the main offerings). Enjoy with a dash of dark vinegar, and wash down with fresh soy milk. Don't be distracted by the countless range of other items on the English-friendly menu as they are just a sideshow for the main attraction.
