Food is OK but service is poor

We thought that the food was OK - not brilliant but average for the neighborhood. The waitstaff were pretty clueless about what's on the menu and lack training. When one of us complained that the prawns did not seem fresh, the manager quickly discussed with the chef and took it off our bill. Kudos to them for quick and decisive action.
