Very nice environment for hot pot. The local beef is fatty and full of flavor. Also interesting soup bases, with cappuccino foam being the most innovative I have ever seen.

good atmosphere, not too crowded unlike some other hot pot places.
the pot is on the table, above a table cloth, which is quite funny (they use induction cookers).
ordered local beef and geoduck - portion of the geoduck was a little small, and the bill was a bit more than usual places.
also worth mentioning the large variety of dumplings and balls, including things like kimchi balls and truffled beef dumplings. some ideas work, some not so good.- How much did you spend?

Tried the crab and tomato soup base, which looks very impressive and filling. What I like about this place is that it's clean compared to other hotpot restaurants. Also the waiters keep changing our plates, which is very important for hotpot. One thing worth mentioning is that they don't just do hotpot. The lunch menu is actually very good, but if you really like hotpot, lunch hotpot is a bargain. Dinner, on the other hand, is not cheap.

裝修不是金碧輝煌，而是比較簡樸，坐得舒適，經營的模式有點像酒店/ 會所，環境蠻舒服的。
在眾多的鍋底選擇下，選了四川辣螺及番茄蟹梳乎厘鴛鴦鍋底。配料方面，有安格斯牛、美國牛柳粒、本地手切肥牛、七彩墨魚丸、雞肉鵪鶉蛋丸、冰豆腐等等，因食物太多，不能盡錄，只選一些印象比例深刻的來說說。
點好鍋底和食物後，調味料就放在面前。麻醬、辣醬、XO醬、蔥花、洋蔥、蒜茸、炸蒜片、辣椒絲等十二款任君選擇，自行炮制心水的味碟。
第一批來的是安格斯牛，雪花分佈幾靚，牛肉切得好薄，卷起放在長形碟上，幾吸引的。烚一烚，幾有牛肉味的，夠淋之餘亦不失口感，不錯。
不同顏色的七彩墨魚丸，用菠菜、香芋、粟米粒、紅椒粒等撈埋墨魚丸，外觀討好，食慾也得以提高。說實的，味道可以，但賣相令我印象幾深刻的。另一種丸是雞肉鵪鶉蛋丸，雞肉包著鵪鶉蛋，呢個真係得。
冰豆腐~~索晒番茄湯, 好味~~
黑柏葉即使只輕輕燙一燙，十分爽口掂；蜆肉新鮮，什菇拼盤很利害，樣樣齊。
有甜品送，是紫米露，十分好味，抵贊。
