Choose either the spinning salad, noodle bar, or the curry station - or everything! Salad is great and so is the noodle bar. Haven't tried the curries since it's new.

Some friends of mine suggested trying Marriott's Champagne Brunch. The most memorable part is actually the service. They were very attentive and paid a lot of attention to ensure there are never empty plates for too long. The setting was also very comfortable which make you eat hours.
The food is your average Hong Kong style buffet. The caviar did remain available throughout the hours but the condiments were gone quickly. They have a somewhat decent selection of dishes. However, not something that I would try again.
