說起烤鴨,麼麼皮包著香嫩烤鴨肉及青瓜,加一點甜麵醬來吃,相信沒有人不喜歡。回想起小時候,大人帶我去吃烤鴨,總覺得整件事好隆重。在餐廳裡見著廚子現場片鴨,還有即場做手拉麵,每次去總會目不轉睛地看著,心裡著實覺得好厲害。對於我熱愛烤鴨的程度,實在是很高的。 現在要吃烤鴨很容易,在很多餐廳也吃得到,而且吃法亦有很多變化,做法也份外講究,連帶配料也變得越來越精美。去吃烤鴨的餐廳大家各有心水,有人喜歡去老派餐館,如鹿鳴春。而我呢?比較喜歡去酒店裡的中菜廳,坐得舒服,吃也吃得自在點。今期在這裡向大家推介的幾家,可會是你的心水?
