For its grandeur and outstanding dining venues, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong still remains one of the most celebrated hotels in Hong Kong. Besides checking into one of the harbour viewing rooms, you are most likely checking yourself into one of its many ultimate dining destinations.

Tea buffet
Butterball | Sep 20 2011
we came here for tea on Sunday, and were overwhelmed by the tea buffet spread. For a couple of hundred bucks, we had plates of dim sum and cakes, and couldn't really fit in dinner afterwards. My kids loved the mini burger as well.

Hainan Chicken Rice
Happyeater | Jul 29 2011
still the best in Hong Kong, but at $220 for the set, it is also one of the most expensive ones!

Hainan chicken rice!
Tim | Sep 22 2010
Like the reviews below, what more can I say, but delicious Hainan chicken rice. The chicken is succulent and juicy, not too over-cooked. The rice is fragrant (as in with a nice aroma from the chicken oil), but not too oily. The soya sauce is nice and thick.
Great dish! Also not cheap!- How much did you spend?

Dinner buffet
Alexie | Aug 20 2010
It was my first time last month. Usually I come here for lunch and order the hai nan chicken with rice and soup. I have been told many good things about the buffet so came with high expectation. Apparently it is quality over quantity, as the selection was not very wide. All very tasty but at this price, I will order the chicken again!
