    German food? Really?

    leevidaga | Jul 30 2009

When we returned from a trip to Germany in 2004 and wanted to re-taste German food, we went to the Delicatessen and were not disappointed. There was a wide selection of sausages, the sauerkraut was good, the beer cold and fresh. Today, there are only a few choice of sausages, the German potato salad had too much vinegar and mustard, only one draught beer, and horribly sour sauerkraut. There is no German in the kitchen anymore, and the taste is pseudo-German cooked by Chinese.
