Sheraton
Kung Fu Eater | Oct 17 2010
Came here because my brother has a Sheraton VIP card (25% off) The decoration is a little old fashion. Both truffle stuffed suckling pig and salt baked chicken exceeded my expectation. Be sure to reserve the pig in advance. It takes a long time to make and it is impossible to order it on the same day.

Very reliable food, and agree it is quite creative. Not the best Chinese in town but not bad at all.

Very good Chinese, great stuff! Very creative and innovative Chinese food available, but they do their traditional Cantonese dishes just as well!

Chef Chan is a real master in cooking traditional Cantonese food! Absolutely amazing. And the mushroom promotions in the summer are phenomenal!
