    Breakfast

    Butterball | Aug 4 2011

$180 for breakfast is not cheap but there is a lot of choices on the buffet table. Pastries included croissants and Danish, while on the dim sum side, there was congee, dim sum, noodle soup etc. On the American side, there was hash browns, eggs, ham etc. On the Japanese side, there was soup, rice, grilled fish etc. There are also cold cuts, stir-fried E-Fu noodles along with the standard yogurt, salad bar, and fruit stand. Service throughout the entire meal was excellent. Efficient and discreet.

    buffet with lobsters

    Johnny | Oct 22 2009

A very good spread, with lobsters as well, for a very good price. Especially with a few credit cards where one can get discounts (e.g. BOC, Hang Seng, etc.). Good value!

Who would have thought, the Japanese dishes such as the black cod fillet would be that good.
