Out-of-place spot

It's puzzling why people choose this place for lunch. People on the level above are starring at you while you munch on over-priced food.

Cafe Landmark is good for afternoon tea but it's fairly expensive. It is convenient though for those who work in Central or those who just finish shopping in The Landmark.
The service is reasonable but not the best.
