Bio:
Born a New Zealand native, Dane is currently a citizen of the world, and has been hooked on the culinary industry since the tender age of 15. With a career that has seen him travel the globe working in some of the best restaurants and boutique hotels available (Melbourne, Hong Kong, Singapore, Los Angeles and Shanghai) he has won numerous awards.
Dane is passionate about the growth and improvement within the industry here in Asia, and believes that the keys to its success are time, training and mentoring. The acclaimed young chef is currently based in Shanghai.
